Teesside Park, Unit 7B River Island


Key Property Solutions were appointed Principle Contractor to undertake the refurbishment of Unit 7B to bring the unit to a lettable state. The works included;

  • Strip out of all existing facilities including removal of existing mezzanine deck, amenities block, existing fixtures and fittings, internal structures and partitions, ceiling grids, wall lining, floor finishes, roof panels and mechanical and electrical services

  • Removal of existing canopy structure and signage totem, masonry, alterations to sheeting rails, provision of secondary steelwork, reconstruction of door threshold and making good

  • Removal of roller shutter door to rear elevation

  • Existing double service / fire exit door on rear elevation to be refurbished and redecorated

  • Installation of new steelwork and re-erection of canopy

  • Installation of new shopfront

  • Installation of new double door set and external windows

  • Installation of new Kingspan composite roof panels
