BT, COBALT BUSINESS PARK

This project involved refurbishment works at the main EE Customer Service Centre at Newcastle. The works were undertaken across two floors of two blocks, both of which remain fully operational whilst works are being undertaken. Works included:

• Creation of an internal walkway for access whilst works undertaken

• Reconfiguration and refurbishment of eight sets of male, female, accessible and gender neutral      toilet facilities and shower facilities.

• Refurbishment works to the Chill Zone and Locker Room

• Mechanical and electrical works

• Decoration throughout

• New floor finishes

• New suspended ceiling

• Cleaning and repairs to roof and cladding

• Window and door repairs

• Relaying the car park wearing course

• Replacement of existing disability access ramp

• Drainage repairs

• External redecoration

• Refurbishment works to handrails, paving and cycle shelters.

• Installation of protective barriers around lamp standards
