A new Starbucks drive-thru outlet and associated external works
This project involved the construction of a new Starbucks Drive Thru shell and external works. Works included:
New foundations
Installation of underslab and perimeter drainage
Erect structural steel frame
Installation of concrete column surrounds to structural steelwork
Installation of composite roof decking
Create ground floor slab
Construct Metsec frame to perimeter wall
Installation of cladding to elevations
Installation of curtain walling
Installation of external doors and windows
Installation of rainwater goods
Install new surface water drainage, manholes and inspection chambers
Install external foul water drainage and connect to existing
Create plant and refuse area and surround with perimeter fence
Create paved walk ways
Create car park and Drive Thru
Install and connect external lighting columns
White line car park
Undertake improvements to existing service road
Installation of street furniture, cycle hoops and signage
Landscaping works
